Patience Tracksters Ben Hovis Apr 27, 2007

I just wanted to let everyone know that I am backloaded on meets results right now with all of the Conference results coming in.

Anything that has been sent via HYTEK is already uploaded into the system and elite performances are up, too. These results take hardly any time. However, if you sent something besides HYTEK, it is a much more tedious process.

We are hosting a MS Championship meet today and then I'm taking some athletes to Asheville tomorrow. I will work all night Saturday and all day Sunday to update the site, but please be patient. Your results are important to me and I am overwhelmed with the response to NCRunners and Gene Cherry's honor roll.

Thanks to everyone's support of track and field.

There will not be a power ranking this week as I am trying to get as many elite performances up-to-date as I can before releasing the next one.

Family has become a priority in Coach Malady's life.

"Spending time with my daughter is what I need to do and what I feel I should do. It was a difficult decision. It is something I have thinking about for several months, but I am certain it is the best choice for my family."
